Thank you all once again for coming out and supporting my first solo show. Neither Created, Nor Destroyed. Was a total success.
We lost count of the attendance, around 250 people and we broke all attendance records for a show at Lost and Foundry! More importantly, the people who were there were amazing.
Hopefully you got a chance to meet and talk with someone new. It really was an incredible feeling and vibe all night. We had to boot people out of there at the end and none of us wanted to go. And I'm really bad at that, so thankfully I had an amazing support crew to help me out.
Speaking of...Thank you to my amazing team. Producers, DJs, merch, welcome crew, photographers, videographers, damage control, tenders, vendors and family. A solo show is a myth. It took all of these people and more to make it happen. I could not have done it without you!
We sold 60% of the work!!! Insight, Drive and Blessing all sold! I don’t even really know what to say about that. My highest expectations were achieved.
We received amazing press. NCND was featured in the Chronicle’s Datebook, SF Egotist, VisitOakland and the East Bay Express and many more.
And the pictures. We got some good ones. Taken by our show photographer @jahsaudi
Momentum.
Blessing was purchased by the Robby Poblete Foundation! The team that brought us Art of Peace Alameda County and Art of Peace San Francisco!
The exciting part of this is that Art of Peace SF is going to have their show at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in the city and Blessing may be included!!!!
This is an incredible and big deal venue for contemporary art! We will definitely be there to celebrate the opening and honor all of these artists and the incredible mission of Art of Peace! Regardless of if Blessing is showcased, I want you to come out for the opening party July 23rd at the YBCA!
